Do you ever branch out and have a different flavor syrup with your pancakes or waffles? It’s hard to find something that is healthy to add on top of those classic breakfasts. This healthier coconut syrup is perfect to add to your protein packed pancakes.
While I was in Maui I tried these amazing Macadamia Nut Banana Pancakes, topped with this coconut syrup and it was AMAZING! I had to make it when I got home. I actually even bought some before we left, I knew that I needed to retreat this corn syrup and sugar filled sauce using whole foods. Well, after a few trial and error batches, I did it. And its glorious.
