You are going to love having this superfood shake after your workout. It gives you all the essentials to allow your body to recover, recoup, and have the energy you need to get your day going.

- 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup whole or chopped strawberries
- ⅓ cup washed and dried kale
- ⅓ cup spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. My favorite is Ideal Raw vegan protein powder
- 1 TBSP of favorite healthy fat. You can use coconut oil, cashew butter, almond butter.
- Place in high powered blender and blend well.
- I like to blend mine 2 times through.
