When I decided to go vegan I started having problems meeting my macros. I knew I need some help but trying to find someone who understood the vegan/veterinarian diet was difficult. I was thrilled when Veggie Lisa started personal coaching, I have completed her challenges in the past and knew she would be the perfect person to help me. She not only gave me a meal plan but she taught me how to put meals together to do it on my own. She also taught me some great new exercises. Lisa is a great coach and I would highly recommend her for everyone not just vegans.

My experience is not like the average person. I’m 51 and with that comes some interesting changes to the female body. Things that use to work, don’t really work anymore. I am a pretty knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise, at least I think so, but still nothing changing. I have tried another trainer and while they were very knowledgeable and had some great input, I felt as though I wasn’t really heard. With Lisa, she not only hears me, but has been very proactive in trying to figure out the workings of a premenopausal women. We are continual changing things up to see if this works better than the previous plan. She is always there and willing to help. I love her encouragement and the fact she is willing to keep helping make the changes we feel I need. When honestly, sometimes I would just like to quit. She makes you fill like you’re her only client. I love her and her passion for the industry! If you’re on the fence, give her a try. You won’t regret it!

Before joining this program, I didn’t feel good, I was tired and my weight was creeping up, even though I was exercising several times a week. I have been following Lisa for a while and decided to give this program a try because I realized after a year of trying to lose weight, I couldn’t do it on my own. I feel so good! I have learned so much about nutrition and how to better fuel my body and the workouts have helped me tone up. What I have liked the most (and why I think it is so successful) is that Lisa really tailors the program, both nutrition and workouts, based on the individual. Lisa is a wonderful coach. I have followed Lisa for a while and like her approach to nutrition and exercise and I realized I couldn’t do this anymore on my own. This is a great program! Working with Lisa was the best decision I made for my health in 2018. My intention when I signed up was to simply lose 5 pounds so I could run faster. I had hit a plateau after many years of maintaining a significant weight loss, but I simply couldn’t break 120 lbs. I was hoping in signing up with Lisa that I would have the accountability I needed to take my weight loss seriously and finally get it done. I’ve worked with other health coaches in the past, and after a few weeks became disappointed that they weren’t actually checking my food diary, making adjustments, or even checking in with me at all. It seemed like after the initial jumpstart they left me to do it on my own. This was NOT the case with lisa.
