Power Muesli is something that can often be loaded with sugar. I’ve got a great recipe that will keep your tummy and tastebuds happy!
From the first time I tried muesli, I feel deeply, deeply in love. I know you’re going to love this breakfast staple too!

Power Muesli
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup chopped dates
- ¼ cup chopped cashew pieces
- ¼ cup pepitas
- 3 TBSP chia seeds
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3½ cups nondairy milk
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients until combined. Cover and refrigerate. Top with blackberries (or any of your choice) cashews and unsweetened coconut. Serves 6
