Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until all the ingredients are combined and it is a creamy type texture.
