I loved Lisa’s 28 day plan. I was nervous going in because I’d decided I wanted to try to do her plan and follow the vegetarian part of it. I feel like every time I decided to try a new recipe I was excited by how much I loved it. The work outs were short enough to squeeze in but totally got my heart pumping and my sweat coming. I felt better, in so many ways. I wasn’t hungry and felt like the eating plan and portions were great. I am excited to do another round of this program to keep seeing results. I notice the inches and pounds lost. I’m excited to continue to confidently be a vegetarian.
