I’d say my biggest triumph is that I have not had an issue sticking to the meal plan so far, all the meals I have made so far are delicious! I’d say the biggest difference is my sleeping! I have seen such positivity in this group and it has really helped me during the past few weeks. I thought I was eating clean for the past year or so but since starting this challenge I feel WAY better. Since I was a teen I have not been able to sleep all through the night, but the clean eating has definitely improved my sleeping! Thanks!
