No more bloating or stomach cramps! My biggest take away from this program is that I’ve taught my body that I don’t need to snack ALL DAY LONG. I had gotten into a bad habit of mindless snacking staying at home with the kids. Before I was so addicted to sugar. I’m loving that the recipes with chocolate protein in it are satisfying my sweet tooth. I’m looking more at labels now to see the ratio of fats/carbs/proteins and the amount of sugar in it.
